1. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with any part of your clean:

Notify us within 24 hours of the service.

We will arrange a free re-clean of the affected area as soon as possible.

The re-clean must take place within 5 days of the original appointment.
Our aim is to ensure that every customer feels confident recommending us and booking again.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be offered only when a re-clean is not possible or fails to resolve the issue, and at the discretion of management.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Areas or items excluded from the original booking.

Situations where the property was heavily soiled or hazardous beyond the agreed service level.

Changes in client preference after the service has been completed.

Work completed according to the agreed scope and checklist.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
3. Quality Control
Our cleaners follow a structured quality checklist and receive regular performance reviews.
